Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

No doctor’s referral is required for assessment or treatment. Check with your insurance company as they may require one for reimbursement.

Does InFocus provide direct billing?

Our Cambridge location is happy to provide this service for clients.

Do you provide evening appointments?

InFocus is open until 8:00 Monday through Thursday and we do our best to get our patients in right away.

Will I be seen by an assistant?

At InFocus we provide 1 hour assessments and 1/2 hour follow up treatments which are 1:1 with a physiotherapist. You will not feel like you are on an assembly line and will receive excellent care.
